The most beautiful fabric shop in the world

I do not exaggerate in the slightest. Centerpoint Fabrics in Newmarket was just fantastic. I visited twice in two days and got all these photos on the second day. I was told that they fly a lady in from south to do all the displays. I didn't buy very much as I had a weight restriction coming home but it was just a joy to be in the shop fondling fabric.

I bought a skirt length of this cotton sateen.

I bought a skirt length of the green and orange squares pictured at about 2 oclock

The circles are metal hoops with fabric stretched over them.

I am sure you noticed a bit of a break there. That was to give you time to appreciate the beauty of the photos so far without being overwhelmed by the next lot. OR......I have been too busy to post.
The Maccas plane was featured last week as the top maccas in the world(?) yeah not sure if it was the entire planet but I think so. You can eat inside it as there are tables and chairs but you cannot take your own food which is a shame.
We stopped at Te Puia on the way into Rotorua and had a great time checking out the Pohutu Geyserwhich is just amazing. The entire area is a mass of bubbling mud and sulphur seeping out of the ground. The smell was not too bad and nothing like I remember from my trip in June. Maybe it was you after all dad!

Pretty flowers at Te Puia

Just a lucky shot really. Might stop you eating here.
